任丽，理学博士，副教授。研究方向主要包括食源活性物质调节机体内分泌、代谢机制及对特定疾病的营养干预；递送体系的构建与应用；蛋白酶抑制剂及光学成像探针开发；白血病协同免疫治疗。
以第一/通讯作者在Food Chemistry、Critical Reviews in Food Science and Nutrition、Journal of Biological Chemistry、Phytomedicine、ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Food and Chemical Toxicology、Food & Function等期刊发表中科院一二区论文近20篇，1篇入选ESI热点论文。担任Theranostics、Biomedicine & Pharmacotherapy等期刊审稿人。主讲《食品免疫学》、《食品毒理学》等课程。
